Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Honeymoon Matcha purchase!

We offer a 15 day refund policy. You can return your unused merchandise in its original packaging for a full refund, minus $5.99 for the cost of shipping. 

If you're not satisfied with your order, please email us at hi@honeymoonmatcha.com or fill out our contact form to start your return. Please include your order number and reason for return. 

Please note that we cannot accept used goods per food safety regulations. 

Once your return is accepted, your refund will be automatically processed to the card your order was placed with. Processing time can take up to 7-10 days. 

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
